Sharing the Results
The initial packet of survey data received from the Association of Research Libraries after the close of the LibQUAL+ survey is the Survey Notebook. The Notebook is a concise look at the survey results which breaks out sets of result information which include undergraduates, graduate students and faculty.
The notebook’s radar graphs provide a visual representation of responses for each user group to the core questions for each of the three survey dimensions - affect of service, information control and library as place. Additional tables provide demographic information, user responses to the general satisfaction questions, information literacy outcomes and local questions. Access to the 2006 and 2010 notebooks as well as user comments and other pertinent information is available below.
Please read the notebook’s introductory information to understand the terms and concepts used by LibQUAL+.
