Western Libraries Local Survey Cycle

The Western Libraries has initiated an three year survey cycle as follows to determine both user satisfaction and to inform local planning and decision making:

• Year 1 - LibQUAL+
• Year 2 - Western Libraries Facility Use Survey
  • May 2011 - Facility Use Survey
• Year 3 - Western Libraries Faculty Resource Use Survey and its companion survey the Western Libraries Student Resource Use Survey.
