Western Libraries Art Exhibit Proposal Form

At exhibit installation, a print copy of the Exhibit Proposal Form will be signed by Libraries exhibitor and an Exhibits Committee member.

Briefly describe the scope, content, and purpose of the exhibit. Include types of materials/format. You are encouraged to include an artist's statement.
Criteria for selection

Exhibits will have a specific start and end date, although the end date may be extended if scheduling allows.

As a general rule, exhibits will be on display for two months, although shorter exhibit times are permissible.

  • I understand that the Libraries cannot provide security for the exhibit at any time.
  • I understand that the Libraries accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the exhibit at any time while in the library for display, installation or dismantling, or while being shipped to or from Western Libraries.
  • I understand that the Libraries may, at their discretion, photograph exhibits for reproduction in the Libraries’ publications or web pages.
  • I understand that I must complete an Art Exhibit Release Form before the display is installed.
