Exhibits and Galleries at Western Libraries

Western Libraries is not accepting requests or reservations to host exhibits or displays inside the library at this time. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, library buildings remain closed to the public, and we are currently unable to make any commitment to host or display future exhibits. All regularly scheduled exhibits or plans for future exhibits are on hold or cancelled for the foreseeable future. If you have additional questions about exhibits and displays at Western Libraries, please contact: LibraryCommunications@wwu.edu.

Western Libraries provides exhibit space to Western Washington University organizations as part of its service to the academic community. Exhibits in the Libraries are created to fulfill several goals:

  • Nourish intellectual, aesthetic, and creative growth

  • Encourage individuals to contribute to the expansion of public art

  • Promote university and community relations

  • Direct attention to the materials, services, and aims of the Libraries

  • Reflect the aims and goals of WWU organizations
