Due Date Reminders & Returning Library Materials

You may have already received emails reminding you about upcoming due dates for library materials due as early as January 8, 2021. Returning materials you have borrowed will allow others to access these items, and is especially important if an item has been requested by another patron or belongs to another library.

To see a list of your current loans and their due dates, log in to your Western Libraries account If you are unable to return materials by their due date, please contact the Circulation Desk at library.circulation@wwu.edu or (360) 650-3084 to talk about other possible options. We are offering an extended grace period before items are charged to “Lost” status to accommodate extenuating circumstances, so let us know if you need to make arrangements.

Please note that due to quarantining procedures, it may take several days for materials returned to the library to be checked in and cleared from your account. You may return materials at any time to the book drop under the Libraries’ skybridge. You may also mail materials back to the library at the address below:

Western Libraries / Western Washington University / 516 High St. / Bellingham, WA 98225-9103

Please contact Classroom Services at 360-650-3300 or classroomservices.forms@wwu.edu with questions about due dates for materials checked out from their Haggard 114 loan desk or the Student Technology Center.
