Open Studio for Current & Prospective Graduate Students

All current and prospective graduate students are welcome to drop-in and join this casual weekly meetup held in Haggard Hall 210 and in the Interdisciplinary Science Building room 242 every Monday during spring quarter from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students can bring their developing or ongoing projects for open work time with access to general support from the Hacherl Research & Writing Studio’s Graduate Assistants. Participants will have access to academic resources and professional support for their research and writing projects.

Joining the Open Studio is a great way for graduate students to strengthen independent skills and accountability, to schedule and structure regular work time on their projects, and to connect with other graduate students at Western. Students can also drop in for assistance with their application materials for graduate programs and professional opportunities.
