Study Group Request Form

Use this form to request a reoccuring or pre-exam study group for your class. Please note, in order for a study group to be formed, at least two students must commit to attending regularly. Study groups can typically only be formed for TC Supported Classes, though requests for classes covering similar content will be considered.
