Are you interested in creative writing? Do you have ideas for creative writing projects you want to start or notes for something you are already working on? Drop by one of the Hacherl Research & Writing Studio’s Creative Writing Workshops, held twice a week throughout spring quarter beginning Monday, April 8 through Finals Week at the end of the quarter.

On Mondays (except for on the Memorial Day holiday), the workshops will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Kitto Graduate Student Hub, and on Thursdays they are scheduled from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Haggard Hall 210.

Participants will have space and time to work on creative projects (including poetry, fiction, screenplays, creative nonfiction, memoir, and other writing). There are also writing prompts provided for short, creative exercises, and some time set aside at the end of the workshop for optional sharing. The workshops are open to everyone, and advanced registration is not required. Feel free to join us for either one or both sessions!
