Collections
Fall quarter:
- Cancellation targets for subscriptions will be shared
- New subscription titles must be submitted by the end of fall quarter for purchase consideration for the following academic year. (new subscriptions would start the following January)
- Watch for the "Western Today" announcement about the quarterly review of items for withdrawal and send feedback before fall quarter ends.
Winter quarter
- Subscription review list, including potential cancellations and additions, will be available for feedback.
- New subscription titles submitted will not be considered until the following academic year process.

Spring quarter
- Subscription cancellations and additions and will be finalized and announced before the quarter ends.
- Submit purchase requests for items needed this fiscal year by early May. (Requests placed close to the year-end deadline may be filled in mid-July.)
