Interlibrary Loan at Western Libraries

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, physical interlibrary loan requesting and borrowing is not available at this time. You may still request articles or other electronic resources through interlibrary loan, and the Libraries’ electronic collections  continue to be available. You may also submit purchase requests in ILLiad for both physical and electronic resources, but please be aware that our ability to receive and deliver physical materials will be delayed. Please contact Acquisitions staff at Library.AcquistionsDDA@wwu.edu if you have questions or concerns about your purchase request.

Western Libraries provides Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service to all current faculty, students and staff. This service is provided through an electronic system separate from your OneSearch account called ILLiad. ILLiad allows users to submit and track requests for PDFs of book chapters and articles, and for loanable items such as books and DVDs. You can also recommend a purchase for our collection through ILLiad.

To access ILLiad, log in below using your WWU Universal Login. If this is your first time logging in you will be prompted to complete a user profile.
