A new online reservation system that allows students to reserve library study rooms is now live! This system lets you choose and reserve available study spaces in real time, as well as book a reservation up to one week in advance.

Go online to findaspace.wwu.edu to see which rooms are available and make your reservation. Once you find the room you want to reserve, select the "Book Now" option and follow the steps below the reservation grid to reserve your room.

Upon arrival in the room at your reserved time, scan the QR code posted on the room sign to check in and claim your reservation. (Please note: Reservations will be cancelled if check-in does not occur within 15 minutes of the reservation start time).

If you have questions about reserving a study room or need more information, please contact library.circulation@wwu.edu
